All of the important systems in the baking process have been custom-built for our production operations using our own expertise and experience. Our automatic dough mixers are directly linked to your recipe administration and batch report management systems via our ERP system. This allows us to ensure precise traceability directly from the weighing process. The recipe options are endless. Our flexible dough mixers have special mixing tools that have been tried and tested over a long period and have been developed based on rheological findings. State-of-the-art burners and control systems in our inline ovens allow wafers to be baked with minimal tolerances in size, weight, stability and sensory properties.
Our machines are equipped with quick-change systems, which allow tools to be changed flexibly and efficiently. This enables us to deliver various formats and products on time. We can also roll out new products for serial production quickly and confidently.
